Conditions:

Attention: All clients without exception, should read the terms and conditions before making any purchase. When making a purchase, PlayOptica assumes that the client is in accordance therewith.

The PlayOptica reserves the right to modify at any time the information on this site. If the customer has already made the order will be notified of the changes, as well as in situations of possible misspellings.

The PlayOptica is not responsible for any products out of stock or out of collection and promises to make periodic revision in all brands (information on the next tab). In this case PlayOptica doesn't warrant that the product replacement does not involve an upgrade price.

All products present in PlayOptica are available for immediate delivery (except Etnia Barcelona, given the numerous combinations of colors and sizes), for any clarification on the product you want, feel free to contact us. If the chosen product does not exist in stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible with an estimate (from the supplier) product delivery.

In case of product replacement, the customer will have to wait a maximum of 15 days. At the end of that 15 days may choose to refund.

The delivery to mainland Portugal and the islands are free. The payment methods available are: Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Paypal and Hipay) and MultiBanco.

Abroad, will be notified of the amount of postage when ordering and payment methods are Credit Card (Hipay and PayPal), Billet Banking (Brazil), Bancontact Mister Cash (Belgium), i-Deal (Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg), CBC Online / Online KBC (Belgium), ING Home Pay (Belgium and Luxembourg), Sofort (Belgium, Germany, France and Spain) and Carte Bleue (France).

Despite the connection, PlayOptica and all their products, prices and promotions are independent of RicOptica - Optics Medical Center.

All work required for graduation from the PlayOptica frames or sunglasses, only be made by sending a prescription.

If you don't find the glasses you like, or the color you want within the brands we have, let us know. We try to find out
if it still exists.

We disclose whenever possible, assist your glasses (lenses, temple's, cases etc.) Even if not purchased in PlayOptica.com, especially in brands Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vogue and Arnette. Contact us for more information.

Quality / Satisfaction / Return:

The PlayOptica works exclusively with accredited suppliers (Luxottica, Marcolin, Allison, DeRigo, Marchon) and is an authorized dealer of all the brands that works with.

All products are rigorously checked before being sent to the client in order to avoid potential manufacturing defects.

If you are not satisfied with the order you made, you have the possibility to send us the product within a maximum of 3 days. To do this should follow the same proof of purchase and packaging intact. You must also send the purchase registered with acknowledgment of receipt. The amount due will be deducted from the value of postage and will be paid between 3 to 5 days of receipt of the product.

In case of return, the customer is responsible for freight expenses. In case error on our part, we assume the shipping costs for return and the customer has 3 days to ship the order as described above.

All products are shipped properly packaged and accompanied by their kit, microfiber and leaflet of the brand.

PlayOptica is not responsible for any custom duties at the destination and at the source in case of return.
Warning: Do not use the product if you want to swap. Misuse is not cause for return.

Privacy Policy:

All requested data to the client is secret and are intended only for the billing use and shipping orders.

Shipping / Delivery time:

All orders will be sent by Registered Mail via Correios de Portugal (CTT), within 24 hours after receipt of the request of the customer (except products that are not available in stock).
All orders are shipped abroad duly reported in Correios de Portugal (CTT) to avoid possible customs fees.

Shipping to Portugal: Shipping to Portugal and Islands is free. The delivery time is 1-2 working days in the case of continent and up to 3 days in the Islands.
Shipping to Brazil: Shipping to Brazil is 10 euros. The delivery time is 8-20 business days.
Shipping to Europe: Shipping to all of Europe is 8 euros. The delivery time is 5-10 working days.
Shipping to other countries of the World: Shipping for the rest of the world is 10 euros. The delivery time is 5-20 business days.

Shipping of TRY Change brand: 5€ for Europe and 8€ for the resto of the world.

Note: Orders awaiting payment will be canceled after 15 days.

Payment:
